1. Register your machine under "Repair" menu
provide courier tracking number
a copy of your submission will be sent to your email address
 
     
2. Courier to us
courier status will be linked to official courier website

3. Repair progress and Quality Control
you will be notified via email when we receive your machine and when complete
quality testing will be several hours (CPU and Graphic will be under pressure for 100%)
Status will be notified as below:
Received, In Progress / Delay / Waiting Imported Parts, Complete, Shipped

4. Payment alert via email
Immediate dispatch for 2 units with deposit RM300 with us
1 day
     
5. Delivery in progress 1 day
  Total estimated progress time (days) 4 days
     
  Quality Control  
  It is mandatory to go under quality test for specific problems,
you will be get auto email notifications by us if it is required a quality test control SOP.
 
     
  Notifications  
  All progress will be notified by email (auto status notification)  
  Each of status update will be alert by email
